Service Description
This class is tailored for complete beginners with no prior experience in pole fitness. You'll be guided through the fundamental techniques necessary to perform beginner-level moves on the pole. By the end of the hour, you'll have learned many foundational pole spins, moves and dance transitions and be ready to progress further in your pole fitness journey. Join us and discover the strength, flexibility, and artistry that pole dancing offers! **Attire Guidelines ** We recommend wearing shorts that are above the knee along with a tank top or sports bra. Avoid applying lotion or oil to your legs, feet, or hands, as this can affect your grip on the pole. Dress comfortably and get ready to experience the unique world of pole fitness!

Cancellation Policy
All private and semi-private lessons must be paid in full at time of booking. Lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations made with less 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the lesson. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled lesson time.
