Service Description
Prerequisite: Some prior pole experience is recommended. This class is not suitable for brand-new pole students Sexy Flow is a sensual pole basework class focused on fluid movement, musicality, confidence, and self-expression. Students will explore pole-assisted movement, body rolls, transitions, floorwork, and low-flow combinations designed to help them move seamlessly on and around the base of the pole. This class emphasizes movement quality, control, and connection rather than advanced tricks, making it a great opportunity to develop confidence, creativity, and performance skills. Students will learn how to create beautiful transitions, tell a story through movement, and build a deeper connection to their dance style.

Cancellation Policy
Advance online registration is required for all classes. In-person bookings are accepted based on availability and are subject to an additional $5 booking fee. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled class. A 5-minute grace period is permitted; late arrivals will not be admitted and will forfeit their class. Classes may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the loss of the class credit. All sales are final. By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
