Welcome to Quay’s World of Movement & Empowerment
Quay is a passionate and dynamic instructor committed to empowering students to embrace their confidence and unlock their full potential. With an infectious energy and dedication to creating a supportive, uplifting environment, she ensures that every student feels welcomed and inspired to grow.
Her journey into aerial arts began in 2017, after witnessing a mesmerizing performance at Privates Voyage in Myrtle Beach, SC. Captivated by the artistry of silks, trapeze, and lyra, Quay immersed herself in classes before expanding her expertise to pole dance, strength & conditioning, floorwork, chair, heels, and flexibility training.
Beyond teaching, Quay thrives as a lifelong student, continuously learning from fellow instructors and refining her craft. Her commitment to growth and self-discovery is at the heart of her teaching philosophy, encouraging students to explore their capabilities in a transformative way.
Background & Passion for Fitness
Before discovering pole, Quay worked as a CNA/EMT and pursued a career in nursing. Her love for movement led her to become Zumba-certified and earn a degree in Exercise Science, solidifying her expertise in fitness and body movement. In her free time, she enjoys Goat Yoga, Sip & Paint events, and training to become a real-life mermaid.
