Service Description

Stretch is a great addition to your pole and dance training. This class incorporates standing and seated positions to open and lengthen the muscles from all angles. A wonderful and important compliment to your regular exercise routine to help you stay injury and pain free. For this class, please wear athleisure wear. Leggings, shorts or capri leggings and a work out top, tank top, or sports bra are all appropriate for this class. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and yoga blocks. If you don’t have any, we have some available at the studio on a first come first served basis. All levels are welcomed.

Cancellation Policy

All classes, sessions, events, and workshops are final sale. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable. In the event of an unforeseen emergency and you are unable to attend, please call, email, or text the studio directly, not the class instructor. You will be able to reschedule on a case-by-case basis. Pink Cherry Pole and Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is not sufficient. Students may choose another class of equal value. Pink Cherry Pole and Dance Studio will communicate cancellations via email, text, and/or social media.
